Admission Overview

Admissions are open at the Kindergarten level (PKG, LKG, UKG), subject to seat availability and completion of required formalities.

To ensure continuity of academic formation and institutional culture, regular admissions are granted only at the Kindergarten stage. Admission from Grade 1 onwards is not available. Admissions are strictly subject to seat availability. Once seats are filled, admissions for the academic year will be closed. The admission process is designed to assess age-appropriate readiness and verify documentation accuracy.

Eligibility & Age Criteria

Age eligibility is determined as per prevailing government norms. The academic year age calculation is based on 1st April as the reference date. As per current government guidelines, eligibility is considered up to 31st July of the respective year.

For the academic year 2026–27:
• PKG: 3–4 years (Born between 01.04.2022 and 31.07.2023)
• LKG: 4–5 years (Born between 01.04.2021 and 31.07.2022)
• UKG: 5–6 years (Born between 01.04.2020 and 31.07.2021)

Admission is granted based on:
• Fulfilment of age criteria
• Age-appropriate readiness (where applicable)
• Verification of valid official documents

For LKG and UKG, foundational readiness may be assessed through interaction or simple evaluation appropriate to the child’s level.

Admission Process

1. Submission of hard copy of the Registration Form
2. Interaction / Readiness Assessment (age appropriate)
3. Verification of Documents
4. Confirmation of Admission upon approval and completion of formalities

Submission of registration does not automatically guarantee admission.

Important

• Admission is confirmed only after document verification and fee payment.
• Inaccurate or inconsistent documentation may lead to cancellation of admission.
• Decision of the Admission Committee shall be final.
